I’m Valerie and I’ve had a passion for baking since I was 8 years old. Even then I was
creating new recipes. From those mistakes and successes, I’ve learned what works and
what doesn’t. Over the hundreds of batches of cookies I’ve made, I’ve amassed quite
the collection; highly sought after family recipes and even new recipes I’ve discovered
over the years. From Apple Dumplings to Zucchini Bread, I’ve done it, or am willing to
try it! As for my husband Jon (who gets homemade cookies in his lunch every day) he
will turn down a store-bought cookie every time. He says he doesn’t want any fake
cookies! He’s a very supportive taste-tester and loves to see what will come next. So, if
you have a request, please let us know! We’d love to create something special for you to
enjoy. The best part of my job is the joy I get from creating and sharing real desserts.
